FCHCC was founded by Daniel Fragoso, a Florida-based home care consultant with over seven years of hands-on experience navigating AHCA regulations.
Recognizing inconsistencies in the consulting space, Daniel built FCHCC to deliver structured, transparent, and accountable licensing guidance. The focus has always been the same: protect the provider, respect the regulations, and execute the process correctly.
